How to control the refrigerant charge of refrigerator correctly
For each refrigerator, the internal cooling dose is certain. If the refrigerant charge is insufficient, the evaporation pressure will be reduced, the evaporation temperature will be reduced, and the refrigeration capacity of the system will be reduced. If the refrigerant is filled too much, the evaporation pressure will rise, the evaporation temperature will rise, and the temperature in the tank will not meet the requirements. When the situation is serious, the phenomenon of "cylinder flushing" of compressor will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to control the refrigerant filling quantity correctly. When filling refrigerant, if there is quantitative filling equipment, it shall be filled according to the amount of liquid added on the refrigerator nameplate. In addition, the following methods can also be used for filling: first fill some refrigerant, and then run for about 20 minutes to observe the frosting on the surface of the evaporator. If the frost is not complete, some more can be added, and measures can be taken according to the frosting condition of the evaporator after it works for a period of time. If the evaporator surface is all frosted, and the air return pipe surface is also frosted, it means that too much refrigerant is added. At this time, some refrigerants need to be discharged, and then continue to operate and observe the frosting until the evaporator surface is fully frosted and the air return pipe surface is free of frost. Only slight cold feeling can seal the liquid filling pipe mouth and complete the filling work.
